With over 25 years in the fitness and sports performance industry, Coach Tracy Green has dedicated his life to helping athletes become faster, stronger, and more confident.
A former U.S. Marine, teacher, and longtime coach, Coach Green is the founder of Shred2Fit and University of Athletes (UOA), where he has developed training systems focused on explosive first-step speed, agility, strength, conditioning, and athletic performance.
Known for his first-step speed development systems, Coach Green’s training methods are followed by athletes, parents, and coaches locally in California and across the country online.
